The academy

Who operates SliperInvest AE, what it is licensed to do, where it teaches, and a written statement of the limits of the service.

01
Background

A training institution, licensed as one

The academy was established in Riyadh in 2006 and has taught finance, accounting and market subjects since. SliperInvest AE is the name under which the academy publishes and promotes this catalogue. The operating legal entity, its commercial registration and its unified national number are set out in the table below and repeated in the footer of every page.

The licence that matters here is the private training institution licence issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. It authorises teaching and assessment. It is not a Capital Market Authority licence, and we neither hold nor claim one, because nothing the academy does requires it.

Electronic delivery is separately accredited by the National eLearning Center, which is why a live online group is taught against the same syllabus and the same attendance rules as a group in the classroom, rather than being treated as a lesser version of it.

Scope

What we do, and what we do not do

This is written plainly because the distinction matters more here than almost anywhere else, and because a reader deserves to know the limits of a service before they pay attention to the rest of it.

✓What the academy does

  • Teach and assessClassroom, live online and blended courses in finance, accounting and market structure, under a training licence issued by TVTC.
  • Issue certificates of completionA certificate records the hours attended and the assessment passed at this academy. It is a training record, not a professional licence.
  • Prepare learners for external examinationsStructured revision against a published syllabus. The examination is set, sat and awarded by the relevant professional body.
  • Train teams for employersClosed group delivery with the material adapted to one organisation's sector, and attendance reporting for its training file.

✕What the academy does not do

  • No investment adviceNothing taught here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Trainers do not advise learners on their own holdings, in class or outside it.
  • No money is managed or receivedThe academy does not manage portfolios, does not accept funds for investment, and does not act as an intermediary in any transaction.
  • No forecasts and no returnsNo course, page or trainer states or implies a future return. Any figure used in class is a worked example, chosen to demonstrate a method.
  • No signals, tips or managed accountsWe do not operate or promote any signal service, tip channel, managed account or trading platform, and we take no commission from any provider.
