Enrolment contracts are concluded with the institution named above, at the academy, in writing. Nothing on this website concludes a contract.
2. Scope of the service, and its limits
This section is the most important one in the document. It states what the academy is licensed to do and what it will not do, and it is written in plain terms so that a learner reads the same statement a regulator would.
2.1 What the academy provides
The academy is a private training institution licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. Under that licence it delivers courses, assesses learners and issues certificates of completion recording the hours attended and the assessment passed. Electronic delivery is separately accredited by the National eLearning Center. That is the whole of the service.
2.2 What the academy does not provide
- No investment advice. Nothing taught, published or said by a trainer is advice, a recommendation, or an opinion on the merits of buying, selling or holding anything. Trainers are instructed to decline personal financial questions and to refer them to a licensed adviser.
- No dealing, arranging or custody. The academy does not deal in securities, does not arrange transactions, does not introduce learners to any provider for reward, and does not act as an intermediary in anything.
- No management of money. The academy does not accept funds for investment, does not operate managed accounts, and holds no client money of any kind. The only money it receives is the course fee, paid for teaching.
- No forecast of outcome. No course, page, trainer or member of staff states or implies a future outcome, financial or otherwise, for any learner. Figures used in class are worked examples chosen to demonstrate a method.
- No signals, tips or platform. The academy does not operate or promote any signal service, tip channel, trading platform or similar, and takes no commission from any provider of one.
2.3 Why this matters to you
Activities such as investment advice, dealing and asset management are regulated in the Kingdom and require authorisation from the Capital Market Authority. The academy does not hold such authorisation and does not carry out those activities. If anyone tells you otherwise while using our name, that person is not acting for us and we ask you to report it to the academy.
3. What this website is
This site is an information site. It publishes the catalogue, the study hours, the learning outcomes, the delivery formats and the details of the institution, and it lets you send an enquiry.
- It does not take payments. There is no checkout and no card field anywhere on it.
- It does not enrol you. Sending the form starts a conversation, creates no obligation on either side, and reserves no place.
- It has no learner account, no login and no learner area.
Where this site and a document signed at the academy differ, the signed document governs.
4. Enrolment and places
4.1 How a place is taken
An advisor discusses the catalogue with you, checks which level fits, and sends the fee, the syllabus and the start date in writing. A place exists once registration is completed with the academy and the fee is settled under the terms then quoted.
4.2 Placement
Intermediate and advanced courses state the knowledge they assume. The academy may decline an enrolment, or propose a different course, where the level plainly does not fit. This protects the learner's fee and the group's time, and it is not a judgement of anyone.
4.3 Identification
Valid original identification is checked once, in person at registration, so that a certificate can be issued in the correct name.
4.4 Group sizes and scheduling
Places per session are capped so that every submission can be marked by a person. Where a group does not reach the minimum number, the academy may move the start date and will tell you before it does, offering a full refund of anything paid if the new date does not suit.
5. Fees, cancellation and refunds
5.1 Fees
Fees depend on the course, the delivery format and the group size. They are quoted to you in writing before you commit, and the quoted figure is the figure charged. Where value added tax applies it is shown in the quotation. No fee is charged for the advisory call, and nothing can be charged through this website.
5.2 Cancellation by you
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| More than 7 days before the start date | Full refund |
| Between 7 days and the start date | Full refund less an administration charge stated in your written quotation |
| After the course has started, before a quarter of the hours have run | Refund of half the fee |
| After a quarter of the hours have run | No refund, and the place stays open to you for the rest of the course |
| Transfer to a later group, requested before the start date | Permitted once at no charge, subject to a place being available |
| Course cancelled or postponed by the academy | Full refund without deduction, or the new date, at your choice |
5.3 Cancellation by the academy
If the academy cancels a course, everything paid for it is refunded in full, without deduction, whatever the reason and whenever it happens. If the academy postpones a course, you may take the new date or take a full refund.
5.4 Missed sessions
A session missed by a learner is not refunded, but where a live online recording exists it is made available so the material can be caught up. A recording does not count towards the attendance required for a certificate.
6. Attendance and certificates
Attendance is recorded against the published study hours for the course. A certificate of completion is issued to learners who meet the attendance threshold stated in the joining details and pass the assessment.
A certificate records the course title, the study hours attended and the assessment passed, issued under the academy's TVTC training licence. It is verifiable with the academy on request.
A certificate is not a professional licence, not a university qualification, and not a permit to carry out any regulated activity. Where a course prepares a learner for an external professional examination, that examination is set, sat and awarded by the relevant professional body, and this academy plays no part in awarding it and gives no guarantee about the result.
7. Conduct and materials
7.1 In the classroom and online
Sessions run to time and the group's attention is a shared resource. Recording a session, photographing other learners, or sharing session access with anyone outside the group is not permitted. The academy may end a learner's participation for conduct that disrupts a group after a warning, refunding unused paid time on the basis in section 5.2.
7.2 Course materials
Workbooks, exercises, model files and recordings are provided for the enrolled learner's own use. They remain the property of the academy and may not be republished, resold or distributed. Using them to deliver training elsewhere is not permitted.
7.3 Personal questions in class
Trainers will not answer questions about a learner's own money, holdings or plans, however they are phrased, and will redirect them to the general principle being taught. This is a rule for the trainers, not a discourtesy to learners, and it follows directly from section 2.
8. Liability
The academy is responsible for delivering the course it sold: the published hours, the stated syllabus, a trainer present, and assessment carried out and returned.
The academy is not responsible for decisions a learner makes after a course, financial or otherwise. Teaching a method is not endorsing any use of it, and nothing in the catalogue is a recommendation to act in any particular way.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Saudi law does not allow to be limited, including liability for harm caused by the academy's own negligence.
9. Website content and names
The text, photographs, layout and code of this website belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing or reusing the content commercially requires written permission.
Brand names of other organisations mentioned anywhere on this site, including professional bodies, standard setters and the advertising and analytics platforms named in the privacy policy, belong to their owners and are used only to identify those bodies or services. No affiliation with, endorsement by, or accreditation from any of them is claimed beyond the two accreditations stated in section 2.1 and evidenced by the licence numbers published on this site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any enrolment agreement concluded under them, are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts, and the Arabic text of any signed agreement prevails in the event of a difference between language versions.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest continues in force.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you read it, with the date shown below. A change does not apply to a course already paid for before the change was published.
